Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with VASA Pet! We're excited to get your order on its way. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within the first one to twelve hours after receipt of order, with most orders departing within twelve hours of order receipt. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: During peak launch periods, processing times may be slightly delayed — but we promise it'll be worth the wait!  

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping over $50 (3–6 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping – Contact us at support@vasapet.com for expedited shipping.  Expedited Shipping may need a phone number of the reciepient.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the ship date, not the order date.

🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the continental United States
  • Yes!  We do ship to APO/FPO 🇺🇸 addresses.
  • 🇺🇸 We ship from our facility in New Jersey. As a proud USA-based company, we're honored to pack and ship every order right here at home — supporting American workers and getting your fountain to your pet fast.
  • 🎖️ We're proud to have disabled American military veterans on our team who help get your order out quickly.
  • We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to update. If you haven't received your tracking email after 3 business days, please contact us at support@vasapet.com.

❗ Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, don't worry — we'll help. Please reach out to support@vasapet.com with your order number and tracking info, and we'll track it down or make it right.
