Thank you for shopping with VASA Pet! We’re excited to get your order on its way. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Unless otherwise noted.
Please note: During peak launch periods, processing times may be slightly delayed — but we promise it’ll be worth the wait.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the ship date, not the order date.
🌍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses). We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to update. If you haven’t received your tracking email after 3 business days, please contact us at support@vasapet.com.
❗ Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, don’t worry — we’ll help. Please reach out to support@vasapet.com with your order number and tracking info, and we’ll track it down or make it right.
